We go off Black Book and MMR. The prices that the OP offered would be great but the only way that would happen is if these cars are both in bad condition and they didnt allow much on trade. You couldnt buy either of these cars at the auction for what is being offered to the dealer.

If it were a Lexus dealer and they were able to certify the asking prices would be close to 29k.

 

I just checked MMR for the OP's region and these are selling at the auction from $19,121 to $23,812. Thats just to buy these cars not including any work the dealer did and also backing the car up.

 

Those arent that bad of the price for GS430 models, miles are sort of high though. I paid 20k for my 06 GS300 w/ 48k w navi

 

No phone calls from the dealer yet. I checked their inventory and they have 3 more Lexus in stock. A silver 2008 GS460, black leather, 13,000 miles, no Nav and they are asking $40k. A black 2007 IS RWD, tan leather, 68,000 miles, Nav - asking $24k and a silver 2009 IS 250 RWD 43k miles, Nav - asking $32k.

I will try to make my final offer on the black GS430 then moving on since this Toyota dealer will not work down their prices.

 

Dayum 40k for a used GS460? Id rather buy a Used LS460 for about the same money.

 

Neither of these cars would be eligible for certification because of the mileage.

 

I just got a 07 gs350 with 10k on it at Lexus for 28k so for that I would only pay 17-18 and the other for 19-21

GS430 are rare, forget the price, if your happy with the car, thats all that matters.
