The line that supplys the fluid is disconnected and is spraying to the floor, not pushing out the arm to spray headlight. Anyone know if there's a way to fix
Without taking the bumper/headlight off. Is the lenth of tube long, maybe I can pull the arm out and fish for tube

 

it would probably be impossible to do without atleast removing the bumper since all the plumbing for it runs under the headlight and the arm is pretty long that attaches to the hose.

 

Removing the bumper will make working on your headlight spray a lot easier. Like IX said, the 'plumbing' is pretty deep in there.
