smell at cold start?
haha I wish I had said that
he said it's maybe because I use a type of gas. I have been using it the same gas brand for quite some time and i noticed that smell only recently
the last brand I filled up with was citgo . should I avoid this

well i switched the gas brand....tried sunoco. shell. the smell is still there although i don't know if it's less..maybe it is.
since the dealer says there's nothing wrong with it and there is no check engine light, i guess i can take it somewhere else. and ask them to diagnose the problem better.
what kind of work can i possibly get done to fix this issue, though? replace the cat converters? is there a way for them to see if it is bad by taking it out and looking at it? how much would it cost to get them fixed? i see that the part can cost up to $75 or so....
would a fuel injection service help at all? with BG or stp or whatever brand?
