For those who used this site, how long does it take to receive an item from them. I'm in NYC and notice they are located in Canada after I placed my order

I am located in brooklyn, took 3-4 business days to recieve. Not long at all, you should get an email with a tracking # so u can track it.

despite the location, shipping is pretty fast. thinking about putting 2nd order soon

WOW i placed an order Sunday afternoon and the package came today... thats quick A+ for XenonDepot... But never received any info on shipping, ohwell

We don't email tracking numbers. You would need to log into your account on our website and a tracking number will be uploaded to your account. We ship via UPS fully traceable.
