If you bought your sways from Sewell, they will give you new ones. If you didn't, Sewell can sell you some new bushings - they're not expensive.

I think the dealers are implying you have not installed the F-Sport sways.

I guess you have to go through the trouble of installing it, and then not enjoying it, and then complaining about it, then having them reproduce it, and then finally they will remove it and put the new parts on.

Bureaucratic nonsense.

That's my understanding of how the process works too.

TSIB's aren't recalls. They are to be used for resolving issues should they arise. If the sways are installed and have the described symptoms in the TSIB, then the TSIB is performed.

Sewell is having trouble getting those new bushings as well. Darrel had to send me a set of bushings from a new sway bar set. The stock that he thought they had actually ended up being the old bushings. He sent me those first and I emailed to let him know they weren't the new ones.

Haven't had time to get to the dealership to have the new bushings installed yet, but I will post my results once I do that.

The replacement bushings are hard to get. The b'stards at Lexus are still shipping new sway bars with the old bushings.
