what does this do for your car... also does it go good with a tanabe medalion exhaust for the gs 300 awd

That canister you see in the middle? That's just a hollow resonator.
What this does for your car is basically remove the restrictive OEM catalytic converter. And replace is with a high flowing, noise reducing resonator. The complete system weighs much less than OEM as well.
Does it improve performance in general? It should.
Does it improve performance on this particular car? I don't really think it does much, cause you need a retune which is not possible on the Lexus.
Does it make your car sound nasty? OH YEAH!
