I thought people just blamed everything on UI (Unintented Acceleration)

The replacement metal pedals looks like it would provide more grip than the standard pedals since they have the little tire-grade rubber 'anti-slip' bumps.

Not sure I want to drill holes in my new, barely 100km pedals though I wonder if the local auto shop would be able to install them for me...

What kind of instructions do you need?

You drill holes on the brake pedal and gas pedal. 4 if I recall correctly. The foot rest you dont drill any holes. Been a year now and I have had no issues with them.
