Default Wheel Question?

First off, hello all.
I'm new to the GS forums, been in the ES forums prior.
Recently picked up a 2006 GS300, still have the 2nd Gen ES300 though.
I learned alot about the ES off CL over the years and plan on doing the same in this section of the forums for the GS.

Since my purchase I've been a little short on cash so I was thinking of taking my 20's off the ES and putting them on the GS until I can save some money and get a nice staggered fitment (RWD is awesome). I have an extra set of 18's that i'll put on the ES afterwards.

20x8.5
225/35/20
+38

Would I have any fitment or rubbing issues with this tire size and offset on all four corners?
Hopefully these specs will fit without any fender mods or spacers needed.
Any and all opinions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

i don't think you will have problem fitting the wheels. of course, not the best setup in terms of fitment, but should fit

Hmm... no problems with fitment that I see. However, your GS will look like a horse carriage with those 225's. I have 8.5's front that are wrapped with 245's.

How badly you think it'll lift my car up running these specs?
I'm just hoping fender mods or spacers would be necessary since this is a temporary until I can get some nice staggered sets at that point I'll do all the fender modding and whatever else might be needed (I just don't really like riding on stock wheels personally).

Thanks.

i guess you meant to say "no" fender mods

you have gs300 so you don't have bbk. wheels are far away from getting close to fenders. i think they will pop right on no problem
