Exclamation Driver rear window

Hello everyone I just got my windows tinted on my 06 GS300 and three days later my driver side rear window is acting up if I roll it down and go to pick it up it reopens and stays open half way. Any body else has had this problem before and any suggestions. Thx in advance guys.

Yes I did try that but still having problem it does it with both door switch and main driver switch I called dealer and they told me it was going to be the sensor that is shorting out but noy so sure they will tell u anything to empty out your pockets. But thank you for your option.

Sounds right. It's the jam sensor which causes the window to reopen if it detects some obstruction.

So, check for obstructions... is there anything in the cavity at the top of the window that would cause it to not close all the way? Is the tint not flush with the window any more (even at the bottom)?

Cheapest option would be to take the door panel off yourself and examine it as it's opening and closing. It might be something obvious.

Also, spray some silicone into the window channel, to make sure it slides easy up and down. Your sensor might feel resistance from the glass going up.
