Default 02 sensor problems with no cats?

Back in the market for a car and I want to know if anyone here has cut out their cats and ran test tubes. If so, did the o2 sensors throw a code. I worked in my 2GS and gave it a great rumble.

I don't think the tradeoff would be worth it unless you're blowing. You'd be sacrificing too much low-end torgue for a little more power in the top end. Also, there's the fumes and the smell. If you want more of a rumble, I'd just invest in a cat-back exhaust....

Sacrificing torque? How so?

Those cat back exhaust systems have no where near the rumble of an unrestricted exhaust.

Edit: You are referencing back pressure. A multichambered muffler coupled up with this would work just fine.
