I have Tein coilovers with EDFC and F sport sway bars and intake and my warranty is fine. It shouldn't be an issue. I also just purchased a 125k mile Lexus warranty from a Toyota dealership in Massachusetts . I think you will be ok. Enjoy the new car and welcome to the crew

 

I purchased my Lexus from a Toyota dealership as well but with the 100k warranty. Several weeks later I received the warranty booklet from Lexus in the mail, complete with the little business card that contained the warranty number. Since then, I've been to the Lexus dealership several times to get things fixed, such as gas cap, both mirrors replaced and various other things with no out-of-pocket expenses. From what was explained to me by the Lexus dealership, if your warranty is third-party, you will initially have to pay out of pocket but later reimbursed by that warranty company.
