Default Differential fluid change

Wondering if some could give me a little advise on how to change the diff fluid in an 06 gs 300. Lexus wants $180. No thank you rather do it myself

Haven't looked at the diff but in general, remove the filler and drain plug. After draining, reinstall the drain and pump in the gear oil until it overflows out of the filler plug.

And please make sure you remove the filler plug first, before draining. Otherwise, filling it back up could be tough... (on some cars I've had trouble removing the filler plug because of it's location, and not having a lift).
