Default need a number

to call and try to get my $$$ back for that was done that didn't fix the problem. Took the car in last week for an alignment check....long story short, the car still goes to the right and seems that nothing was fixed. Talked to the service manager and they won't refund me the $300 worth of "work" that they did on my car. I expected a whole lot more from Lexus....

Any info on who to call to get this escalted would be greatly appreciated!!!

Try 1800-25-LEXUS their main customer relations number.
But first read this post and try and follow its guidelines - I find it pretty fair.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/the...-complain.html

I had a very poor experience with my brand new GS350 right out of the dealership - the tires had flat spots and the brakes were shuddering with rusted rotors. The Sales folks tried to blow it off and I had to reach out to this customer relations number and it got fixed fast. Imagine, all this on a brand new $50K GS350 with 10miles on it!

You are not talking about Lexus of Austin, are you?
Good luck.

It does that on all roads and all speeds? Some roads are sloped to the shoulders and any car will wander off down the slope. Try a different route?

That's what i thought too, but my pulling is bad enough that you can see the wear on the outside of tire....

I'm going to give them a call and take the advice on the link that was posted...

As always, i appreciate the feedback from everyone!!!

When you brought the car in, did you tell them to do an alignment, or did you ask them to find and fix the reason for the pulling? And what, specifically, did they do per your receipt?

if they did an alignment there should be before and after specs. it would be pretty easy to tell if they did the alignment. is the car lowered at all?

or did you ask to test drive with a tech after the alignment and show him how bad the car pulls, and ask them to explain that?

I told them to find the reason, they said the alignment. A bracket had to be replaced as well.....

may not be a bad idea to have the car inspected for any damage. its possible there was damage to the car either from transport or at the dealer.
