Default Ichiba 20mm's & Eibach's Installed (Before & After Pics)

So Phase one of my GS460 is done, which was basically getting the stance right! Got the hub rings fabricated and installed the 20mm's Ichiba spacers along with the Eibach Springs!

Love the way the GS looks now!

Here are a couple of BEFORE pictures!

The Ichiba Spacers I got had hub rings that were slightly too small for the bore of the OEM wheels. Hence, shaking and vibration while driving!

I fabricated new hub rings that fit tight into the wheel bore.. problem solved.

How did you fabricate them? Could you please describe in detail?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks dude!

The ride feel is the same as OEM. However, the difference is felt in teh body roll when turning!

I took a wheel along with the hub ring that came with the spacer. The metal fabricators workshop basically measure the bore size of the wheel, and applied that measurement to the new mould they created for the hub ring.

So they manufactured a new hub ring with a slightly larger wheel bore lip.

Looks great.

Couple of questions. Why did you pick Eibach springs over other springs? And where does the GS rank compare to your other rides? Thanks.

Cheers dude!

I chose Eibach's because I've used them on 5 of my previous cars with no problems! So I wasn't prepared to risk changing to another brand. Although I was seriously considering F-Sport.

Where does the GS rank amongst my other rides? Simple.... TOP OF THE LIST! I am so happy with this car it's crazy!

It's my daily driver, except for days where I go to construction sites in the Hummer. No problems, reliable, smooth, quiet, powerful and most of all... amazing airconditioning!

My Hummer rattles like a toy, My M5 is in the workshop with SMG problems, my 997 went in to the dealers last week with strange PDK problems and is still the same clunky *****.

I'm keeping this Lexus for a long time to come! It's on an unlimited mileage 5 year warranty and service package!
