Default McGard SplineDrive

Just got my lug nuts in the mail today, can someone confirm I got the right
ones. Part number 65357. Also after 8 months of waiting, Carson came through with my front Blitz Lip. Now that I have all the pieces together,
(Blitz , Ings +1) it's time to go shopping for paint....

Where did you buy them, how much should you expect to have to pay? I noticed 65357 only has four lugs... what did you do about the fifth?

Funny you bring that up, I just broke down and bough some at the drug store because I was curious and they were on clearance. They do seem to suck up a lot of water but I'm not sure if I want to use them on the car yet... I'm thinking that if I just blot dry with them it should be fine, I doubt I'd ever drag them across the paint. ;P

I went through summitracing.com. I paid $17.99 for a pack of 4. Times that by 5 packs for a total of 20 lug nuts. Then $10.39 for the Lug Socket. But now I'm thinking I should have bought 4 packs, then 1 pack of there Lock nut.

Apok.. that's nut. LOL

Just go to Walmart and buy the softest towel and you are good. The towel is good for me and it should be good enough for my car.

lol, 5x4 = 4x5 = 20 plus a lot of people (including me) only need 4 sets. the 5th would be a set of lock

Any news on how these fit? You didn't mention if you used these on OEM wheels?

I'm looking at getting these for when I install my ISP Mode wheels... but I'm a bit confused because the McGard application guide specifically says "not for sure on OEM wheels".

http://www.amazon.com/McGard-65557BK.../dp/B001P281RQ

The thread specs are good, and they say they have a conical seat... I thought the lexus oem wheels have conical seats as well? Can anybody shed some light on what problems I would have using these lugs? I'll have to go look at the wheels, maybe I'm wrong about their seating surface...

No I have not put them on yet, only because it's been raining like crazy here in the bay area. The lugs are going on a set of Vossen 083.

you can't use these on stock wheels. all lexus stock wheels have different design and they use different (not as common) type of lugs
