The compartment in the glove box (top left) is obviously made to fit the manual. It fits perfectly.
Yep, that's where it's supposed to be. But I felt I needed the glove box space so I moved the manual to the trunk in its leather case and latched it in with the first aid kit. Since its tied in, it never moves and never gets in the way.
lolol.... o wow, i have mine's in the trunk.... i'm a school boy, so i have a small box that i fit all my books in, the manuals in with the box... i need to find a small but tall box though, because it's a pain everytime i gotta grab a book n go
I kept mine in the upper left hand corner of my glove box for the longest time. But then I had to take it out to look something up so now it sits on the floor of the passenger seat because I'm too lazy to jam it back in there.

I am very particular about keeping things new and neat, so I keep all of the original documents, services recieipts, and owner's manual in a box for each vehicles that I currently owned.
When I went to visited "Taste of Lexus" years back, they gave me a leather binder. So I have transferred all of important contacts (business cards) to the binder and leave it in the glove box, so I do not need to keep the owner's manual in the vehicle.
