I'm looking at paying about $600 for these rims locally, and I'm told they are in perfect shape. First, it seems like a good price?... and they appear to be the standard 18s that 3GS come with (08+?) but the guy is telling me they came off a different model.

It doesn't seem to me that there is any risk that these won't fit but I wanted to run it by you guys first.

I badly want some new rims because mine are corroding and bubbling and just look generally like trash but can't afford to get anything directly from lexus.

Does anybody know if it's easy to transfer the tire pressure sensors from one set of rims to another or are they gorilla glued in?

Those are not 08 GS standard 18" rims, not sure which model it came from.

LS460 maybe? (And that would mean they wouldn't fit)

Whoever does your tire mounting can easily change the TPMS sensors.

Have you looked in the wheels classified section of the forum? Keep watching for a good set of GS rims.

Yeah... I confirmed, these are from an 08 LS460 with a 5x120 bolt pattern so I'm out of luck again.

It seems to be real hard to find a decent deal on late model OEM lexus rims locally (Toronto), or even online within Canada.
