I drove a 1997 Audi A4 1.8T. Loved the look of the car but after droppin 14K to keep it goin including what I paid for it, it was time for a new car!!

Lexus gs 300 for the last 10 years.
So, I agonized for a while, I couldnt make up my mind on which car to get next. I considered the usual suspects in the gs price range and I ended up with a new 2011 gs350 awd.

Is that strange? I'm 45 and I prioritize comfort drive- don't mind speed when needed thou, function and look.
I avoided a car that most most people want to look like an Audi with those lights and I avoided a car that makes noise in the cabin. It seems to me that I'm for whatever magazine reviews are not, I guess.

...and had an '09 G37 sedan. Pretty nice car, slightly faster than my present '09 GS350, but nowhere near as many features nor the luxury, serenity and overall class of the Lexus when cruising down the road!

2003 Acura TL-S. 140K original miles before the transmission started to show sign of slipping. That was when I let her go.

I finally got around to finding some photos of my last couple ride before the GS came along...


Just got rid of her last year... Definately miss it, but I am done with the crotch rocket era and am looking to get a nice chopper to cruise on...


Traded it in for the GS. Loved the truck and it was an absolute tank in the snow/ice... BUT it may as well been a car to me.. I babied the hell out of it and the MPG's were horrible!


















This was my pride and joy throughout highschool... Back in it's day, it had the latest and greatest of custimization. It may look old school to alot of you, but think about if you saw this thing rolling through 15 years ago.... I made a couple magazine shots with her and it was a lot of fun to build. I custom made a triagulated 4-link suspension and bagged it, fully shaved, and alot of airbrush detail on the exterior. The interior was fully tweed and paint with embosed flames on the doors/roof and painted interior pieces airbrushed to match the exterior. I had a full Kenwood Excelon stereo with 4 10" down firing subs with over 2000 amps. Good times!!!
