Default Need some advice

Hey guys,

I am seriously thinking about going back to stock. I am tired of the frustration of trying to build a car from Iraq and when I am home, I can't even drive the car because it's down waiting for some part to come in. I am almost done with it but, I just don't want anymore headaches and if the car was stock then I press the button and go. What do you guys think?

Hey Chris,
I can understand your frustration, but you have put so much into modding this car and would assume that you're almost there that to stop now would leave you with the "what if". If you can convince yourself that there will be no regrets in going back to stock when your so close to finishing then I say do it otherwise persevere to the end and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Take care Chris,

RG

Thanks Ron,

I agree with you but, what good is a vehicle if you can never drive it? Plus it's sad when you come home from Iraq and all you want to do is relax and you spend your whole vacation dealing with a car that wasn't broke to begin with. Know what I mean? I know I will be sad but, my wallet will start to love me again.

I agree with you on the idea of whats the point of a car when you can't use it when you want it... aka enjoy it. My last car I built up to as far as I wanted but then I was always paranoid about it getting stolen. Not to mention, problems here and there. Since I've gotten the GS and did a few minor mods, I've enjoyed driving it around. Not a worry other then door dings.

If you part it, PM me

Very true. My wallet and I haven't been on speaking terms for a while now. I think I was kind of stupid to get this involved with it.
