Hey guys,
Take it easy on me, I am a newbie
I am planning to purchase my first Lexus in about four weeks, primarily interested in the GS and LS, likely choosing between 2007 and 2010 models. My question is about tires for the GS. I now have a 2001 Toyota Solara with some Yokohama tires on it, and they are awesome. When I look at photos of the GS, all of the tires look pretty low profile to me. I know that I may be in the minority here, but I'm not into sport suspensions or low profile tires. I would like my ride to be as comfortable and quiet as possible, but I do appreciate the sporty lines of the GS. Can I put some higher profile tires on the GS, perhaps those are categorized as "touring", but I'm not sure. I can see that there is only so much room in the wheel well. Help and tips would be greatly appreciated.

I personally wouldn't do it, but it's an option.
