Same here... sometimes it makes noise and sometimes it doesn't, it should be consistant operation, not intermittant.

Sorry, I just saw this. I don't usually log on while I'm lurking. I was told that there are filters that can get dirty and block our seat blowers; however, you have to unbolt the seat to access it.

I'll keep that in mind, LMAO - I don't allow it in my car anyway. My eject button was converted to an automatic release the 2nd the air condition has to swtich back to outside air because the inside is worse.... passenger, EJECT.

mine work sometimes too. i think it works best when the AC cools the car down because if it is hot they dont work for crap. i had a 2007 es350 as a loaner 2 weeks ago in the hot weather it did not impress me either.

Ill check, but as far as I know i have not seen any kind of compartment that would hold a filter, maybe you really have to unbolt it.....

So i took out my seat today. I found what looked like a filter but its more like a screen. I did notice that the higher I put the seat the better the cooling was, which makes sence since my *** pretty much rubs the road. Im wondering if there is a better after market system..I emailed a guy i bought my rear heated seats from about cooling seats but he has yet to get back to me.

I do not think there is a cooler or ac for the seats only the fan.
I had a Navagator that had AC for the seats and that was great here in Phoenix.

According to the service adviser at the dealership, there is only a fan in the seat and no air conditioning unit. I too brought up the "non-functioning" cooling system in the seats and he said they were working "properly."
