43.5K, no rattles at all even though the car is suppose to have frame damage, the temp on the car said 108 yesterday and it melted a plastic bottle with eye glass cleaner in the cup holder drawer. had massive rattles so bad I wanted to take a shotgun to it as I had 3 18" lcds in the back face don on the set and then another one on top if it with bubble rap and on top of that the 3gs sun shield while driving drove me nuts.

Yes, only the USA, Canada, Japan, Korea and Taiwan markets have GS350. Mine was bought in Thailand. I tried hard to get GS350 directly from Japan, but Lexus Japan refused to sell it to an overseas customer.

you need to go to an auto broker to import the GS350 to your country.

Lexzam,
Consider yourself fortunate - if you got the GS350 you'd probably have rattles!

I believe the question was does YOUR 2009 GS 350 have rattles.

Not 06, not 07, not 08

But your 2009. If you don't have a 2009, you are not answering the mans question.

I think all these rattles threads scare all the 09 owners away

If the 09 GS is anything like the 08 GS, in cold weather, you will hear a noise that sounds like a 2 piece foam rubbing together when you make a sharp turn or hit a bump. There are also about a dezon area where the GS has common rattle problems.

Yep..... When it reaches 105+ degrees here in South Texas many dormant rattles become audible. Also, my parking sensors start freaking out. I think the plastic bends or something. Freaky stuff.

Its just poor material engineering on Lexus' part and cheap fasteners. All material expands and contracts, Lexus need to pick the right material and use the right fasteners and design space for expansion and contraction.

105+ F degrees also common here in Thailand. The parking sensors do seem to give false beeps once and a while. Don't got a clue if it is related to hot weather or else. And this is in a bone dry weather. While in rain, the rain water escaping from the bonnet after coming to a stop also gives false beeps.

I like keeping the parking sensors on most of the time just to give me an indication, if a motorcyclist is touching the car while I'm stationary in traffic. (That's a Bangkok special for me.) Is there a way to turn on the rear parking sensors as well without putting the gear into reverse? After a quick browse of the manual I could not find out how to do it...
