Thanks. The problem I am having is that I get too much background noise when I am driving. I have adjusted the outgoing volume setting down to 2 to reduce it, but now people say they can barely hear me but hear a ton of background noise. At level 4 they hear me and a lot of background noise.

Any thoughts?

 

I've never had anyone complain, so I've never adjusted mine from factory settings. Maybe reset it and try speaking in the direction of the mic to see if it helps?

 

Thanks, but I don't know how to reset it since I don't know the factory settings. I did have my battery replaced 3 weeks ago and that seemed to reset everything, so maybe it is already reset.
