i agree, you should just do it yourself. i think current gs is one of the easiest cars do an oil change. location of the filter and access panel makes the oil change a breeze. angle of the filter housing is questionable, but still no complain here.

Tommy, if the Lexus dealer is 10 mins away. Just drop it off on a Sat. and walk home, you dont need a loaner. Its also a good excuse to get some execise.

10 miles - not 10 minutes.
The only reason I mentioned the loaner is that is supposed to be one of the benefits of owning a Lexus over a Toyota. I know I had no problem getting a loaner from my local Infiniti dealer - even when my Q45 was almost 20 years old !!!

take it to the dealership. we spend 50K on a car then we try to save pennies on service, and risk our cars to untrained service techs to save BS money. IMO cars like this should not be at Jiffy lube or Walmart quick lube
