Yes please be more detail on which bulbs you are trying to change. If you're changing your hallogen bulbs on your fog lights to HID's.. please read below
Bulbs info
Low beam: D4S for oem bulbs or D4C for aftermarket
High beam: 9005 Halogen bulbs
Fog Lights: 9006 Halogen bulbs
If you want HID fogs.. you'll need to get a set of 9006 HID conversion kit.
Hope this info help
I remember when installing my HID fogs I needed to change the FOG LIGHT fuse to a higher amp. If you dont do that you'll be blowing the regular fuse for your fog lights every 2-3 seconds when you turn it on.
Hey everyone i had the same problem when changing my head lights too.
I'm changing my HID 4300K for 6000K HID and just like poorbong after 3 sec it will turn off. I made sure they were in the socket correctly and tryed it on both sides, got the same results. The link below are just like the bulbs i bought, after i put the upgraded bulbs they went out so i put the stock back in and they worked fine.
Eliminates the wiring and the bulbs, because they do work for 3 sec but than turn off. Donno where to go from here . . . . http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-...=p4506.c0.m245
hmm i always wanted to post this up. I have this problem at Piranha has also. My headlights also go out randomly. i got my bulbs from xenondepot and i had them reinstalled like 3-4 times and i got them replaced by xenondepot 1 time. The thing is, the bulb isnt popped or anything, it just turns off after a while and i have to turn off the lights and turn it back on to get them on.
