I have a 2006 GS430 (in Korea, but with U.S. spec) that does not have NAV because it doesn't work here in Korea for the 2006. Given that I have no NAV, I am assuming I have no NAV DVD in my car, hence the software NAV DVD hack mentioned in this forum probably won't work. Does anyone know how to do the hack so I can watch DVDs, dial on Bluetooth, and fiddle around with the audio buttons while driving?

 

so long its the same color wires you would still follow the same process unless someone can chime in. The DVD portion in motion is the same I know for the Navi hack.

Your other option is to get the P-N-P kit so you dont have to cut wires.

can you post us a picture of the wires and wire harness so we can compare them?

 

if you don't have nav, then you don't have the mark levinson package. without the ML package, you don't have a DVD player. how can you expect to "add" dvd functionality to a unit that isn't a dvd player? doesn't work that way.

 

That is true, I missed that.

Then the OP needs to go to a custom stereo shop to have this converted. Is it the same screen then I misunderstood when I read the first time and thought it said you did have it...Just take some pics so we are all on the same page. Anything can be done
