Does anyone know of and/or have an Excel, Access, or calculator that can calculate, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) including insurance, depreciation, fuel costs (must be able to input all this information), maintenance, repairs, financing, taxes, fees, and (including the difference between my older, fuel-inefficient car (with cheaper insurance) and the new hybrid , maintenance, tires, adding a new payments versus a paid off fuel-inefficient truck, etc.
I must be able to input this information manually so that I can have the most precise calculation for my own usage. I drive on average 30,000 miles a year and the average site ie: edmunds TCO calculator just doesn't fit my situation.

I know this sounds like like a lot: but I know its out there! Your help is appreciated.
