I don't think the 3GS really looks significantly better at least from the same angle . . .

 

the buick has a massively chunky hood/engine area. that's why it looks so disproportionate from the rear quarter angle. But it looks like it will have much more headroom than the GS, contrary to what people guessed when the concept first came out.

it looks like the wheelbase is identical to the gs, but the buick will be a tad shorter overall.

if it is the new gen gs i wouldnt go crazy on how "ugly" it looks. they could just be testing out the engine and stuff. i remember reading an article in car&driver about the man who does all the covering of the concept cars when they drive around. and there was this picture of a murdered out dodge viper but it had an AMG engine in it to test it out and such

Damn, a year later here you have the production car.....has less aggressive windows and roofline than the invicta

it looks lexusesque. I am not convinced its a Lexus. Perhaps dunnojack is right and this is just an american sedan copying the lexus lines. Kind of like the 2010 Buick Lacrosse.

I hear the invicta doesn't come with a Cassette player... No way it can compete with the 3GS!
