you mis-read his comments...the analyst is saying that oil will reach $200/barrel sometimes in the future, not right now. as oil supply decreases, the price of crude (and the price of processing it) will increase. it is only a matter of time before we get the sky high prices again.

It doesnt take a finance wizard to know gas price will go up again.
