i already ordered 20" Amistad type c for my ride. so i need to know shall i keep the old lowring spring RS-R Ti2000 or buy new Tanabe DF210 ?

i have INGS body kit so if i go for DF210 it will be a big difference ? and can i drive the without damage my the spoilers ?? coz in our city we alot of speed bumps.
