Carjacked

My 06 GS430 just got stolen. Nothing but broken glass left behind. Worst thing was that I didn't pay my car insurance. A very sad day. Called the police but they were no help. How can this happen?

they probably towed it hand to break oyur window to release the brake....sry to hear what happen

Is this an April 1st story? If not, I am sorry for your misfortune and I have to ask why were you uninsured with such a nice car? Not having the car insured could be even more problematic for you if it was financed and you still owed on the note.

sorry to read about your misfortune...ive heard about this happening and a lot of the times it leads right back to connections with the dealership you go to. Hope all goes well and you get ur car back...

Provided this is not an April fools post,, really sorry to read this as having happened. As one of the guys stated b4, not having the insurance up to date may be only the beginning of your problems. Hope you get it back.

06 430 uses the new pocket remote, so if they're going to steal one, they would either tow it or have some very high tech device that recreates the signal thus not needing for window breaking.

But i don't know if people can still hot wire them.

Besides, why take the GS and not the SC?
