I recently had a ES 350 loaner and had the chance to use the BT phone commands and I noticed that there was a huge difference. The ES was very user friendly and I did not have the frustration from errors and the problems with waiting for the menu to update.
Has Lexus ever offered any firmware updates to make these systems better ? I find it very frustrating to use the phone and voice commands.
