jentlemaan - it may still look white enough but really the blue film actually decreases the light output quite a bit. I would say it's roughly 20% which is the equivalent of going from 4300k HID bulbs to an 8 or 10k set of HID bulbs. my gf had a set of 8k in her car and immediately asked for 4300k HID bulbs after having the film applied to bring up her light output to a more usable level.

I wouldn't say it'd be that much. I think it's probably around 5-10% max. I sometimes drive very late at night where there aren't many cars, and it almost looks the same as the stock headlights.
