Want to say hello, first time poster, but a long time browser. Just got an 07 GS350 last week and ordered the HID upgrade from Lextasy (HERE).

Once I popped the hood I realized the hard part was yet to come. Any instructions on how to get the black cover off once you pop the hood so you can access the lights? What about the fogs...do you have to go in from the bottom?

Any suggestions, photos, etc of this would be a great help. Thanks so much for a great forum.

 

U might be able to find something in the DIY thread. I actually just installed the HID foglights yesterday. Really easy, just removing a couple of bolts and clips in the wheel well. Hardest part was mounting the ballasts for the HIDs.

in the 4th step, it tells you to only remove the outter bolt, i actually removed 3 of the outer bolts to make it easier.
