I bought a 15$$ pillow from Walmart and it feels great. It is black, with a modern pattern and looks great with the black leather. I can sit in the car fore hours with it and move around when I want.

I just put on my $25 pillow with $4 strap. It seems helpful so I will try it for a while. My pillow is foam with cloth cover. Is your pillow soft or hard foam?

Perhaps Lexus needs to partner with Recaro (or another seat maker) for their sportier or higher end models seating (if not all)?

Perhaps make it optional? Sport Seating Package?
I would glady pay $2,000 for such a package.
