New bumper cover and filled in emblem holes on rear
If you remember I had the bumper that was messed up in transport.
The shipper paid for a new one, which also fixed the holes for the front plate, which was the bonus. I had them fill and repaint the rear cover where the GS 350 and LEXUS emblems were. I wanted them to paint the "L" but they didn't want to. Truthfully I want all the chrome in the front and the rear "L" body color but I think I have to do this myself when I get the time.
anyway everything turned out well, except I'm not too happy with the tint job this morning.
oh well, another day.
and one of the rear without any emblems
I would have all the emblems off the rear but for some reason the rear lid has a cup formed in it for the emblem placement. It would be nice if someone made some metal emblems for these cars, either AL or steel. Oh well.

Personally, I prefer my emblems. If I'm going to drive a Lexus, I want people to know it's a Lexus.
However, I do wish that my GS 350 wasn't delivered with the front license plate holder already attached.
