Default new gs350

hey i was looking for some advice, i never had this experience but i just bought a 2007 gs350 its 13 days old and it got rear ended by a drunk driver and the worst part she was uninsured. My insurance is going to sue her, do i need to sue her or anything? any suggestions would be appreciated

Sorry to hear that.

I believe that you have the right to do so if you decide to sue her. What is your insurance suing for?

A similar thing happened to my wife. She was hit by an uninsured who swore he pay the damages out of his own pocket. After he found out that it would cost him $3 Grand, he filed bankruptcy. At that point all we could do was pay the $500 deductable and our insurance Company covered the rest.

You should not have to do anything. But, you should have an insurance agent that would explain these things to you. If you don't you need a better agent.

the insurance company is suing basically for the costs of the car, i didnt know if i should even try to sue her to pay my deductible and any costs like taking time off work to get my car fixed
