Question Cilajet??

I'm new to club Lexus and was curious if anyone has heard or done this to their car. www.cilajet.com . Its exclusive to Mercedes and they are charging $1200 to get this done. Lucky me i have a cousin that works there and he's doing it for FREEEE. So why not right??

Probably won't do much good, probably won't do any harm either.
I wouldn't put it on my car, but obviously, that's a personal choice.

complete absolute waste of money.
I actually have an aircraft detailing company, and if people ask for a teflon coating aviation protectant, I actually recommend it, but only becuase of the thousands of dollars I make from doing it.
I have a few different levels of application I can provide. Some adhear to the actual paint and some actually add a microscopic protectant to it, that will actually beed water and repel any type of hail for months.

Honestly, in place of spending all that $$$$$, just pay someone, or do it yourself, every month. In the end your car will look better longer.
