People keep mistaking my GS for a Maxima.

By the way, I finally saw another guy driving a GS at Atlantic Station.

I see probably 50/50 in chicks and guys driving the 3GS.

However, I would say that about 80% of SC430's I see are driven by chicks.

Okay, I saw 3 3GS's yesterday on the same street within 10 minutes of each other and all of them are male drivers.

As a matter of fact, this guy in his 430 and I had a little fun at a stop light and he then waved before he turned off

Here in the Boston area the GS is predominantly driven by men while
the IS is predominantly driven by women.

We didn't "race" per se, just both floored the car up to about 50MPH, then he turned off to the right. We were pretty much dead even.

Street racings is for kids

I see mostly men driving GS's. Another interesting note, whenever I ask a gilr if she would rather have a Lexus or BMW, they always say BMW.

From what I have seen here, it appears Lexus autos are driven by either women or older men. It appears to me, this is a Buick/Cadillac upgrade.

Exception is the IS model. I hardly see any around here, but the ones I have seen are driven by younger males.

NEWS FLASH

A car will never get you laid because women don't know enough about them really. Just as much chances getting laid in a Scion, lol

Keep in mind that this may not be a brand issue but more of a price issue.

The percentage of people under the age of, say 30, driving a car that's 40+k is definitely lower than the people of 30+ age.

And if we don't even look at age, the percentage of cars under 40k on the street is probably higher than cars that have an MSRP of 40+k.

Bottom line is, seriously, if what you own/have/drive/buy defines your masculinity/femininity, that's pretty sad.

Remember, you can't control how others perceive you, but only how you present yourself.

My comment was just an observation. Just like I have hardly ever seen any males around here driving an RX 300 or a Lexus convertible coupe. Maybe males around here feel more secure driving trucks??? But, irregardless of brand, most convertibles around here are driven by females...they seem to be crazy about them. Only exeption seems to be the Honda S2000 sports cars.

I have to say that I have seen a few ladies driving the 3rd gen GS, but I've seen more men driving the 3rd gen than women (hand over fist). Mod it and you'll stand out from the rest. I have yet to see a modded 3rd gen in GA.
