Default Lexus Customer Service Satisfaction

I finally got a taste of customer service from a luxury nameplate. I have only 441 miles on ODO when I hit a pothole and discovered a huge bulge in my sidewall of my Dunlops SP5000 245/40/18 runflats. I took it to dealership to complain but they blames my driving and potholes. I go to pick up my vehicle disappointedly and dealership service manager sat me down and sorry nothing we could do but can I send you to tire dealer to see if they will warranty this, he was put on hold for 10 minutes trying to help me then turned around and tried to contact manager at lexus HQ with no answer. Finally he just said as a Goodwill Gesture Lexus will change your tire no charge to retain you as a customer. $325 cost for tire woo, woo ! now that's what I call customer satisfaction. Never had this experience with any of my other cars !

That's very good of them because honestly, it wasn't like the tire blew without any impact or anything. You actually hit a pothole and that was not Lexus' fault. Anyway, great to hear your dealership is looking out for you.
