If I learned anything from my early ES350 experience and buyback, that is Lexus *experience* depends fully on your dealership. Not every Lexus dealership treats their customers the same (do some reading in ES350 forum). When you end up dealing with some who tells you "tranny flares are normal or rattles are normal", and you have to escalate that to Corporate level all by yourselve - that's complete ruins your "pursuit of perfection" experience. But, if you end up with outstanding service (in my case, Ray Catena of NJ), they make a customer for life!!!

If your dealership doesn't want to help you, try to go to a different one. Of course, if you are not on a West Coast where they got 70% of all Lexus dealerships, sometimes going to a different one means another state or 3-5 hour drive...

Only one dealership in my state (New Hampshire), so competition isn't really there. I will give them (Lexus of Manchester) high marks, though - they have treated me well. At this point it is pretty much out of their control since I'll be submitting the Lemon Law paperwork soon.

I can't blame them for Lexus building a sub-par vehicle.
