Well, I got the wheels put on today. The guys in the shop agree with me the wheels are nice and of good quality. The wheels look pretty good on the car, the sportiness is what I was after and that was accomplished.
However, I am disappointed they look so small. The black 19's on my black gs look good. That made me think 19's would be okay. These look too puny. The springs will go on tomorrow and I'm hoping that improves the look. If it doesn't, I will have 3 sets of wheels to sell, then I'll get some 20's.

Actually, I was okay with the wheels until this guy with the same color gs shows up with chrome 22's. It looked bad (as in hot). I still think 22's are too big but the car was hot. It overshadowed my puny wheels even more.

Before I over react, let me take a few days to take it all in. Won't know the full effect until it's lowered.

Be patient padowan, impatience lies in the path to the dark side.

I guess it's time I stopped being cheap. One of the reasons I went for 19 is because I have this perfectly good set of PS2's that I didn't want to waste. I put em up for sale and no one bit so I used them.
Now that I think about it I could have gotten a set of Axis Shine. Decent wheel at a low price with the sport look I wanted. Then I wouldn't have minded buying more tires.
What's done is done. I ain't gonna sweat it. On the other hand, I am interested in a set of Marion wheels. Stay tuned. You all know how unbalanced we all are when it comes to our toys.

Hey Johnee
Wow, small world indeed. Your brother was cool, we talked a lot but he was sort of secretive or private. He told me his brother was on CL but wouldn't tell me the name. I told him my name but he didn't tell me his. He doesn't want his car on CL either. It's okay, no complaint, just repporting an observation. I wish I knew he was your brother. You're one of the coolest people I know, he can't be far behind.
