Invoice prices are pretty much set in stone. If invoice prices were different at every dealership, they would have to adjust their MSRP accordingly. If you really want to check, go to Edmunds or KBB and compare invoice price using your zip code vs a CA zip code like 90210. They may have regional differences due to advertising costs but there should be no difference in invoice price. The only other reason for differences in invoice price would be variations in option packages available in different regions. That said, there are definitely incentives depending on sales volume like increased allocations and factory to dealer incentives but these are not reflected in invoice pricing.
