Default GS 350 Wheels: What did your GS come with from dealer

To anyone who got their GS 350 AWD/RWD from the dealer recently.

What Wheels did it come in with ... The 17 inch 10 spoke or the 18 inch 5 spoke (like the GS 430) ?

Recent post says that all Southern Area GS 350's are coming in with the 18 inch 5 spoke. Also someone from the SF Bay area had their GS 350 come in with the 18 inch 5 spoke.

Did anyone from the eastern area have their GS 350 come in from the dealer recently. I'm waiting for my GS 350 AWD to come in to my NJ dealer in the next couple of weeks. I ordered the G-Spiders but I am starting to like the 5 spoke GS 430 wheels better, May change the order.

You can't because the G spiders are installed at the port as an accessorie and the GS430 wheels are not offered unless you buy them from parts department which would be costly. The only other option is you can get the tourmaline wheels instead and installed at the port. Remember this anything that is installed at the port is half the price to the dealer. So if you have a car inbound you can bascially get any port installed item for half off. Now the dealer prob wont tell you that.

mine came with the 5spoke gs430 18in wheels. but I "paid" for it as it was an "option" on my car. But the dealer said all his gs350 come with it. so I'm guessing that means that is the way they order it.

Picked up my 2007 GS350 in Jackson Miss. in December. Had 18" 5 spoke wheels and Michelin tires. Salesman said all GS350 are coming that way now.

I also was considering the G Spyder wheels, but I really like the 5 spoke and they're probably a lot easier to clean . . .

i think that option is the most reasonable option on the whole car....summer tires and 18 inch wheels are only like 8-900 bucks extra on the window sticker i think....

Interesting. My 350 AWD came with the 17" 10 spoke. Purchased 1/07, built 8/06.

I was given the option of having either wheels. My GS350, which was purchased back in October of 2006, orginally came with the 17" wheels but the salesperson offered me the option of exchanging for the GS430 wheels and paying only the cost as if it showed up with it already installed. However, I chose to stay with the 17" wheels since it saved me money and I was planning on purchasing aftermarket wheels anyways. I ended up buying myself the Work Wheels and definitely glad to go this route instead.

as mentioned earlier, the g-spider is available as a port installed option (PIO) or a dealer installed option (DIO). cheaper option is the PIO route. the 5 spoke gs430 wheel is a factory talled option (FIO) or can be DIO, only problem is if FIO it will take longer as a special order for the eastern area.

From these posts it looks like us northeast folks are stuck with the 17 inch 10 spoke wheels.
