Squeeky Windshield Wipers?!!?

i went to one of those touch free car washes, ....and now when i use my wipers, it squeeks when the wipers reach the top of the winshield.....what gives?????

i do remember that during the powerful water spray portion....my automatic winshield wipers went off...

ahhh! no!!!!!!!!
