Hey guys im about to get a 06 GS430 and had a few questions.First the car is $42,000,im gonna put $8500 down on it,but my credit isnt up to par with a beacon score of 565.When i got my pickup truck earlier this year my interest rate was 20%.Can you guys tell me is there any way to get a better interest rate for my situation?What kind of car note will i be looking at with a 72 month plan?Your help is appreciated!!

 

Typically you will get your best rates from a credit union, dealer, and bank in that order.

If I was you I would find a good credit union and join, there are plenty all over the US that allow all types of members, you do not need to live close to a credit union that you will only be sending a payment to once a month. Search Bankrate.com.

Last but not least, you might want to see what the rates are on a home equity loan if you are think you can be committed enough to pay off a 15 year loan in 5-7 years and not let it drag on until you are upside down.

I belong to GATelco, they have good rates. I think if you live in Cobb County they may accept an application, it might depend on where you work...good luck.
