Default Help! Trunk needs to be reset maybe?

I just installed the VAIS tech SLI ipod intergration hardware into my car. As typical, when unplugging the battery for long enough time, I know the power windows and sunroof needs to be reset as this happened before when I did the nav hack.

But this time, after putting the head unit back together and resetting the windows, I find that my trunk is not responding. I can't open it with the remote control nor the button in the drivers seat.

Help! does anyone know if I need to reset the trunk? Or is there some plug behind the nav head unit that I may have forgot to replug that is causing this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Check that you didn't inadvertently deactivate the trunk by tripping the trunk disable/enable button inside the glove compartment on the lower left hand side.
