Diversity in the shark fin?

Does the shark fin diversity antennae bring AM signal into the car, or just FM. Also, can it be used to pipe in satelite signal from Sirius or XM? And if so, has anybody wired it for such?

My understanding is that the "sharkfin" is used for Sat Radio and GPS signals.

AM and FM are done through the antennas in the glass.

The sharkfin for the Acura RL is for OnStar, not for satellite or navigation.

Does the GS have Lexus Link? If so, it's probably for that.
