If you're in the SF Bay Area, I have used Superior Body Shop in San Carlos and EMC Collision in Fremont and they are both excellent shops, highly recommended.

In both cases I had rear bumper damage. However, at EMC they did a fantastic job in replacing/re-finishing my rear bumper and repairing/refinishing the right rear qurter panel. During pickup, the only thing was I had a little overspray on the top of the car and other areas but they easily removed it.

I am very detail oriented but the car looks like new.
