not sure if this belongs here, but i have a gs430 MY06 as u know we dont have a aux plug for the ipod i saw this item at costco just wondering if anyone have tried this. if this is the wrong mod please move it,

with anything wireless you wont get the best quality sound that you would expect. Hard connections are ideal if you like good sound.

All FM modulators are limited to the bandwidth of the FM frequency which is about 100 hz to 15000hz. We can hear from about 20-20000 hz. Some locations with a lot of FM stations will also have a problem with more powerful stations over riding the modulators output. You can also get what is called "picket fencing" where the frequency of the modulator and the frequencies of other FM stations "beat" against each other and cause a weird sound on the radio. As the other poster stated, hardwire is the best. Some are using a cassette tape interface that works OK, but if it is cheap then the sound will also be less than optimal.
